Molly's Gourmet Catering and Take Out was established in 2001 by Molly Olson Gingell, Certified Cordon Bleu Chef.

Over the past eight years, Molly has gained recognition for her superior food and service. In 2002, Molly's was awarded the Best Discovery in the Carson City Taste of Downtown festival. This award was followed by Taste of Downtown recognition each year after, including: Best Overall, 2003; Best Taste, 2004; Best Taste, 2005; Best Taste, 2006; and Best Atmosphere, 2007.
